This project was a response to the needs of a growing family in Del Rey California. The clients required the new addition to house a Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom and walk-in Closet as well as

a new circulation strategy of access to the new addition that highlights a new corridor that allows views to the rear yard from the front entry. The two existing bedrooms would take on new characteristics

with the inclusion of skylights and new sliding doors. Ultimately the clients are looking to develop the rear yard with a swimming pool and other landscaping features. This project couldnt be possible

without the great structural engineering
