Oswald Residence

This is the first residential ground up project I had the pleasure to work on in California at Sander Architects. I became the one man team to produce the constructions drawings and usher the project through the planning agency of Newport Beach. The office also asked me to re-design the front facade. I decided to facet the front elevation with a series of folds. The final decision to include a front deck negated my design.
