YAMAHA MUSIC SCHOOL (Texas)

This LDA project put together by Jim Drews came together through a collaboration with a piano salesman and his desire to expand his business to include a learning component and a performance venue to support his already strong retail anchor. Partnered up with the japanese company Yamaha, this project was the beginning of a franchise business model to be repeated in many locations.
